At Time to Renew You LLC. I support kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and big emotions, with a focus on balance and emotional clarity.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, therapy here is a steady, calming space to slow down, reconnect, and build emotional clarity.

    I also work with neurodivergent adults — including those who have spent years masking or are exploring neurodiversity later in life.


    While I do not provide autism diagnoses, therapy focuses on insight, coping, and sustainable growth at your pace.

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to increase awareness of thoughts and develop practical coping strategies

    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-informed) skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and emotional balance

    • Mindfulness techniques to support grounding and present-moment awareness

    • Somatic (body-based) practices to support nervous system regulation and mind–body connection

    • Neurodivergent-affirming care that honors each client’s processing style, strengths, and individuality
